Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples' weekend, girls' getaway, or simply looking for a peaceful escape by the lake, this Abbey Springs retreat gives you the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy everything Fontana and Geneva Lake has to offer.

Guest access
Your stay includes 6 guest passes for access to the member-only lakefront sandy beach, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, clubhouse, dining options, tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, fishing areas, and more. All amenities are subject to community hours, maintenance, closures and availability. The host is not responsible for unexpected closures or changes to community-provided amenities.

Golf is also available within the community for an additional fee.

Outdoor Association Pool and Beach : Open from Memorial Day - Labor Day

Upon arrival, please check in at the community security checkpoint to receive your access cards and parking pass. No more than 6 guests will be allowed onto the grounds. Maximum of 2 vehicles/parking passes. Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain at the property for the entire reservation.

Lakefront Construction:
Beginning in September 2026, there will be active construction at the lakefront (yacht club/restaurants). Community amenities in the lakefront area may be restricted or temporarily unavailable at any time. The facilities are managed by Abbey Springs, the host cannot guarantee their availability.
