Your host Aristide, former biathlete of the French team and ESF instructor in Font-Romeu for 20 years, advises you on the slopes, activities and good addresses.

New chalet (RE2020) designed for groups: everyone has their suite and shower, everyone meets in 72 m² of living room, and the spa awaits when you return from the slopes.

The chalet is spread over 3 levels for a maximum of 15 people, with 17 single beds (the 2 extra beds allow for individualized beds).

LEVEL 0 — Entrance & laundry room
Entrance hall with shoe dryer for 18 pairs, table football, darts, washing machine and dryer. Baby kit on request: cot, high chair, baby bath.

LEVEL +1 — Living room & 2 suites
- Living room of 72 m² open to the south on large bay windows.
- Kitchen equipped to cook for 15 without getting in the way: 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, professional cooking range, large refrigerator, 5.60 m worktop, paella dish.
- Table for 18 place settings, bar, large lounge facing a 100-inch TV.

- Dormitory 27 m²: 7 beds 80x200, home cinema (video projector + 130 inch screen), walk-in shower, washbasin

Up to 29 guests with the "Chalet Quiétude" + the chalet "Mont Chalet"
The "Chalet Quiétude" (15 guests, 17 single beds) can be completed by the "Mont Chalet" (14 guests): two separate homes, a few metres apart in the same street. Together, they sleep up to 29 guests — ideal for large groups, weddings, XXL seminars or team sports camps. Preferential rate if you book the two chalets together.

TRAVELLER ACCESS
The chalet is available to you in its entirety. No space is shared with the owner or another traveller. You have exclusive access to: the 3 levels of accommodation (225 m²), the 4 private suites and the dormitory (17 beds, 15 people max), the living room, the kitchen and all the bathrooms, the south-facing terrace with 6-seater Jacuzzi spa and barbecue/plancha, the 25 m² garden, the private garage 2 places (45 m²), the private outdoor parking lot 2 spaces. Fibre internet connection included throughout the chalet.

DISTANCE FROM TRACKS
The ski slopes are about 5 km from the chalets, with two options:
- By car: the large free parking lot on the Airelles snow front (the start of the slopes of the Font-Romeu resort) is 5 km away, or 5 to 10 minutes from the chalet.
- By free Ski Bus: stop 2 minutes walk from the chalet, passage every 15 minutes, 10 minutes ride to the new "Airelles Express" gondola which will drop you off on the Airelles snow front. Zero parking problems.
In both cases, the ski area does not go down to the village: all travellers staying in Font-Romeu must take their car or the Ski Bus/Gondola.

SKI STAY
18-pair boot dryer at the entrance, closed garage for equipment, heated floor throughout, 6-seater Jacuzzi brand spa, heated all year round. After the slopes: cinema for children, billiards and spa for adults.

STAY PROFILE
The chalet welcomes extended families, stays with friends (skiing, summer, weekends), company seminars, sports retreats and courses. Seminars and courses: large 18-seater table, fibre wifi, workspace, two levels to separate work and relaxation.

PETS WELCOME
Dogs and cats are accepted with no size limit. Beds, bowls and dedicated mats can be prepared in advance – specify this in your booking request.

RULES OF LIFE
- The chalet is located in a residential development
- No smoking inside (terrace allowed, ashtray provided)
- Strict maximum capacity: 15 people (including children over 2 years old), 17 single beds available

SPA JACUZZI
- Maximum 6 simultaneous spaces
- No glass or sharp objects in the pool
- Thermal tarpaulin to be replaced after use

PARKING (free, included)
- 2 large vehicles in the closed private garage
- 2 large vehicles in the outdoor private parking spaces
- Free parking on the street in the immediate vicinity

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Arrival from 5pm, self-check-in
- Departure before 11am
- Systematic entry and exit inventory

SUSTAINABILITY
The chalet is powered primarily by 9 kWp of solar panels for self-consumption (heating, spa, amenities). Construction RE2020.
