The Cocoonr agency is offering this 25 m² studio flat for rent in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The studio is situated on the 4th floor (with a lift) and is laid out as follows:
– At the entrance, a sleeping area with a bunk bed (two beds measuring 90x200) separated from the living area by a door.
– A living area of approximately 15m² with a TV, a double sofa bed (160x200) and a dining area
– An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
– A bathroom with a bath and washing machine.
– A separate toilet.

Outside:
– A 4 m² south-facing balcony with a table and two chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

The studio is ideally situated right in the centre of Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via; enjoy a quiet location whilst having all the local amenities close at hand: shops, restaurants, a launderette, the Tourist Office, shops, a supermarket, a post office, ski hire…

Activities:
– Font-Romeu–Pyrénées 2000 ski area, accessible via cable cars 300 metres from the accommodation.
– Hiking, ice rink, treetop adventure park, bowling, solar oven.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, there is a pay-and-display car park right next to the accommodation, whilst free parking spaces are also available nearby, visible from the flat.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– Font-Romeu railway station, served by the Petit Train Jaune, is situated about 3 km from the town centre
– Perpignan-Rivesaltes Airport is about 85 km away
– Buses, taxis, cable cars and shuttle buses are available nearby
