The accommodation

Enjoy a rural setting and premium services on site less than 30 minutes from the Château de Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Montbazon and Langeais and 45 minutes from the other Loire castles and places of interest (Amboise, Chenonceaux, Ussé, Fortress of Chinon).

1st farmhouse or main house – 6-8 people

You will enter through a large entrance area with a small bench to take off your shoes. The entrance is also composed of a separate toilet and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer).
The large kitchen with dining area for breakfast is generously equipped (induction hob with integrated extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large American fridge with freezer part, kettle, toaster, espresso bean machine, ...)
The living room of + 60m2 is composed of a lounge area with its sofas and upright piano and a dining room with library, wood stove and Bluetooth system. You can, by using the outdoor table, join it with the indoor table to sit with 15 people.
Two bedrooms are on the first floor: a double bedroom with a 160 bed with storage space and a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together, as well as a large bathroom with Italian shower.
Upstairs, a mezzanine offers a relaxation area with the TV (connected to the internet box) and its large sofa bed and sports with its rowing machine. Two bedrooms (a double bedroom 180 and a bedroom with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom with shower + bathtub await you.

Pool area
From the first floor of the main house, you access the bar area & indoor swimming pool located under a large and very pleasant glass roof.
Swimming pool accessible from April to September

The bar will allow you to enjoy convivial moments between 2 swims in the large swimming pool (12x5). A bathroom with shower and toilet is at your disposal. You can also access the pool area from the outside.

2nd farmhouse – 6-8 people, ideal for 4 adults with children

This charming farmhouse (beams, exposed stones) has just been renovated with very beautiful materials and a lot of taste. The first floor is composed of an entrance hall with its separate toilet, a very well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster) with its cocooning dining area with its wood stove.
Then enjoy a large living room with billiards (American turning into French), sofa area and smart TV. The advantage of this room is that it offers an exceptional view of the garden and the woods with its large bay windows.
Upstairs, the house has 2 double bedrooms 160, a bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bedroom with an additional drawer bed. A separate toilet with washbasin and a bathroom with shower is available upstairs.

Outdoors
Park of +7000m2 overlooking a wood and a meadow, with children's games (cabin) and several garden furniture to enjoy the sun and the shade of the park for your meals and moments of relaxation. Large automatic awning in front of the main house and additional parasol.
