Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located just steps away from the shops, restaurants, and attractions of Folly Beach. The complex features two oceanfront pools, two elevators, private covered parking, and breathtaking ocean views. The pools are open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting. The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and outside weather conditions will largely determine pool temperatures. Building management oversees the maintenance of pools and elevators, and these amenities may be closed for routine cleaning or maintenance.

Exclusive Beach Gear Credit: Book a stay of 4–14 nights and receive a $250 credit towards beach gear rentals, courtesy of our partnership with VayK Gear. Guests can rent essential beach gear like chairs, umbrellas, and coolers to enjoy a perfect day at the beach. Please note: The HOA does not permit VayK Gear bikes, surfboards, kayaks, or paddleboards on the property. Luckily, Cool Breeze Bikes is just down the street on Center Street for bike rentals.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. For additional parking, requests can be made through building management based on availability.

We really enjoyed our stay at Our Folly Place. The condo was clean and had every amenity imaginable. Location was within walking distance of Folly restaurants and shops and the pool and beach were fabulous.

The place was perfect for our party of four. We utilized all three bedrooms and everyone was well suited with the accommodations and amenities. Location was an easy walk to downtown Folly and easy twelve miles to Charleston.

Great location and a nicely renovated unit . Mattresses were not comfortable and the linens were scratchy , only 1 washcloth for each bedroom ( we had 6 people and only 3 washclothes.)

Great place to stay in Folly Beach in spite of the sand renovation project in front of our unit. Pool was great and we were still able to enjoy part of the beach and so close to pier, restaurants and shopping. The spacious, well equipped villa was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The only thing I would replace is the shag rug in the living area. It showed visible stains. We would come back again.

Kids felt bed size closer to a double versus a queen as advertised. Great location with beautiful balcony ocean scenes. Kids were able to try surfing which was an unexpected treat. Lots of places to eat within walking and stroller distance. Overall I’d recommend to families wanting to make lasting memories!

Lots of condos to choose from out there, however, this one is definitely a choice to make. Easy check in and check out, clean, safe (gated), and within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and newly opened pier. Plenty of room for our family of 5, without feeling like you’re on top of each other.

I had a great time on Folly Beach at this waterfront condo. The location was great. The place was comfortable and clean. Walks on the beach were very enjoyable and convenient. Town was busier than I expected for January. The drive to Charleston and surrounding islands was easy.

We were very happy with our stay at Folly Place! The space was actually larger than I anticipated and was plenty of room for our family! Everything was very clean and although we are out while there the kitchen is very well stocked! Highly recommend!

Booked a property based on description. Changes were made without notification. Had to relocate to a different condo on the same property. The managers were very helpful & accommodating. Some attention needs to be given to the property. Some lights were out. Some remotes lacked batteries. Some of the towels were stained or dirty. One drawer in the middle bathroom (ensuite) will pull out unexpectedly due to no stops. We wish the property had been festive for the season.
