"Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. "Perfect condo on the beautiful island of Kimolos. Our stay was incredible. Dimitri and Christine were amazing. They welcomed us with fresh local food and made sure we had everything we needed. Our boat was delayed leaving and there was no problem staying an extra night and they even helped us with information and arrangements to catch the next boat. Thank you so much Dimitri & Christine. We will remember Kimolos forever!"

"My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. Checking in was a hassle due to a wrong number listed for the hotel reception in the information provided. However, the location more than made up for it. Elephant Beach, right next to the rental room, is the most beautiful beach on the island in my opinion. The room itself was quite basic, but the views were fantastic. While there was a lot of traffic noise near the room, I still believe the rooms were good value for the price"

"Perfect location. Spotlessly clean and updated room. Bed was large and very comfortable. Daily cleaning was appreciated. Alex was always willing to give recommendations. Patio tiles were slippery when wet. Typical small European shower. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. "

"We had the most amazing stay here at faros apartments, Milos. The staff were impressively flexible and caring. They give great advice for sights on the island. They arranged everything we asked for including atvs. Beautiful property with fantastic views. Great central location and easy access to all parts of the island. "

"Lack in communication around check in. We could not check in until 16 so they offered us to store the bags in another hotel. There we were met by a very rude and angry person. Accommodating was better then expected and location is fantastic. "

"Bonne localisation. Facile à trouver. Décoration un peu défraîchie mais somme toute passable pour le charme vintage. Beaucoup de rangement. Par contre, communication nulle avec le personnel. J’avais l’impression de monologuer. Je n’ai jamais eu de réponse de personne quand j’ai écrit des messages ou des questions. Cela aurait été beaucoup plus convivial d’avoir une réponse, même très brève. "
