Desconéctate y aléjate de todo en esta cabaña en el bosque en el hermoso valle de Kibler. Ubicado en un arroyo de truchas abastecido en el río Dan, a 15 millas de Blue Ridge Parkway, a 25 millas de Chateau Morrisette, y a 5 millas de la entrada sur de Primland Resort. 20 millas a Meadows of Dan y Mabry Mill y 20 millas a la ciudad natal de Andy Griffith, Mt. Airy, NC (también conocido como Mayberry). Fácilmente un viaje de medio día y luego relájese en este entorno tranquilo que tiene aproximadamente 200 pies de frente al río. Perfecto para la pesca, piragüismo, kayak, tubos o simplemente para refrescarse. Mira el río pasar por el pozo de fuego. Trae tus bicicletas !! Cubierta cubierta y muelle con vista al río. El área es ideal para practicar senderismo, ciclismo y picnic. La cabina es de aproximadamente 1000 pies cuadrados con 1 cama queen en el desván y 2 literas en el piso principal. 2 baños completos, cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar con chimenea de piedra y Direct TV. Se instaló un nuevo aire acondicionado central y calefacción, pero la cabina está en el bosque en un valle y generalmente es de 10 a 15 grados más fría que en cualquier otro lugar. Traiga una chaqueta porque la necesitará por la noche para relajarse en el porche. ¡NO HAY WIFI y teléfonos celulares no funcionarán aquí! ¡Esa es la mejor parte de esta ubicación remota! Puedes relajarte !! Gran porche delantero, proyectado en el porche lateral y la cubierta del desván. Perfecto para parejas o familias pequeñas.

So peaceful!

We booked a last minute getaway, wanting to escape to a peaceful cabin in the woods. We got more than we hoped! Being right by the river was amazing. The property is beautiful, sitting on the front porch and hearing the river was so relaxing. The weather couldn’t have been better either! We really had a nice family getaway. The cabin was cozy and perfect. We loved our short but sweet visit!

Magical

Me and my husband got married there over the weekend. We held an intimate ceremony in the field across the cabin where we actually got engaged 5 years ago. We enjoyed great food in mount airy which is a short drive away but our favorite part was sitting on the porch and listening to the river. The cabin was better than the pictures and very clean. It had everything we needed and Joy was the best host and was very responsive. We cannot wait to go back!

Tranquil, perfect, exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves after some stressful months. We tubed, fished, explored the town nearby, grilled, and played board games and just had the perfect escape! Hope to come back with our pups.

I highly recommended, Joy she was very sweet and called a couple days before. Clean, anything we could have needed was there, scenery was beautiful and legit heaven on earth for a weekend for me and my husband to trout fish too. We def will be back.

Gorgeous property!

This cabin was so beautiful and absolutely immaculate. The pictures online do not do it justice. I fell in love as soon as we walked in the door, only wish we could have stayed longer. Totally peaceful and serene. Spent a lot of time just relaxing on the front porch and listening to the river run. I can't wait to be able to go back again!

Cozy river retreat

This was such a cozy place. Didn't take us long to start relaxing. Our puppy loved the river and swam for the first time. Mattress was the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Cabin had everything we needed plus some. Best thing was, we had no cell service and thats what we wanted. It was perfect and definitely plan on going back!!!

Perfect vacation spot!

We loved the house and location and had a great time. The only downfall was the beds. The upstairs was as hard as a rock and we left a day early because we couldn’t find a single place to get comfortable. We loved everything else and hopefully will be back!

Heaven!

We headed to Meadows of Dan to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary. Our in laws watched our twin toddlers so we had 4 days to ourselves to unwind - - and unplug! I am a Pediatric Registered Nurse and my husband works in Global Cybersecurity, so unplugging was HUGG for us. We loved morning coffee on the front porch watching the river roll by. We fished, rested, read, cooked dinners, and truly lost track of the time and day. NOTE: there is NO cell service for miles (even for this cybersecurity hacker who has every communication platform short of HAM radio) and no Wi-Fi. This is disclosed clearly in the listing and was TRUE with no wavering in location. This was the appeal to us. There is a landline for your use (and emergencies). Loved loved our stay. Easy in and out with lovely and helpful owners who let you just unwind with ease. Thank you!

Beautiful get a way

Just letting you guys know this cabin was beautiful. It had all the amenities you could ask for. It was beautiful scenery all around us. Our dog really enjoyed it. I wish we had booked in the summer time instead of the winter. We had a really good time there and would definitely recommend going back. The owners are very nice generous people. They even had someone check on us while we were there. Couldn't ask for more.
