2 bdrm Walking distance to all

  • It is an 1100 sq. ft., single story, 2 bedrooms (with TV’s), and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms have 1 queen and 1 king. It is our tastefully furnished home away from home.  The river is only 1 block away and you can enjoy the river views from all of the windows in the living room and kitchen. We hope you enjoy our vacation spot located in Florence on the central Oregon coast. Just bring your bags and settle right in. Well suited for traveling professionals, small families or couples. This is a 4 unit complex so if you have friends or family that are traveling with you, you can each rent your own separate unit and still be next to each other for convenient gatherings. 

    Our condo includes 65” TV’s in both bedrooms and living room, along with stainless steel appliances, large kitchen, washer and dryer. There is 1 bathroom with a walk in shower; we have towels, wash cloths, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner. 

    We have a fully equipped kitchen including basic appliances, standard seasonings, spices and a drip coffee maker. The main living space is one large room so the cook won't miss the game or conversation. 

    Located on the East end Old Town Florence, steps away from the boat launch and just minutes from all the great sights and sounds Florence has to offer. This is a perfect location for walking to restaurants, shopping, wine bars, salons, galleries and coffee shops or to just take a stroll on the dock for a relaxing time.  

    If outdoor is more your style, you are only minutes away from the beach, dunes, lakes, hiking trails, state parks, miniature golf, bumper boats, go carts, the fun is endless. You will never run out of things to do here in Florence.

Great location for the harbor

Beautiful clean, new looking unit that had everything we need and the location was the best thing for being walkable to the boardwalk and restaurants and shops. Only stayed one night passing through but sure wished we could have stayed longer.

Perfect home base for Florence and coastal excursions

My wife and two boys picked this spot for coastal getaway from the summer heat. It had everything we needed in a place to stay and was perfectly located right near old town and the harbor for easy walking. We loved it and will be looking for this place again when we come back again.

Very close to town

A very nice, very clean place. Well appointed. Dedicated parking spot right outside your door. The quaint little town is within walking distance. Lots of unique shops, plenty of restaurants, though some are closed on Mondays and those that are open get off to a late start in the morning. No doubt we would stay there again next time we’re heading up the PCH.

It was fantastic other then the front door lock didn’t work half the time to get us in and needs to be replaced. Also didn’t love having cars right in front of our glass French doors. That being said the location and space was amazing

Host is very quick to respond. Unit is part of a four-plex next to the Siuslaw campground and marina. Our unit was two bedroom, one bathroom. Good size rooms. Large kitchen. Location is slightly sketch in that it’s so close to the campground but also great because you can walk downtown easily. Our only complaint about the unit itself was that the walls are very thin- we could easily hear the neighbors.
