"The location is the best feature. It’s easy to walk straight downtown to Delmar village. Very nice staff working here. The main issue is the noise between rooms (above and sides). If you have a heel stomper above you, you will find it hard to sleep. Also the walls have very little soundproofing. Bring ear plugs. Wiping light switches/plates would have been appreciated.
