Was very clean and the staff were very attentive, it's a historic building with lots of charm, this is not a modern cookie cutter hotel. We loved the history. Great stay, we'll be back.

The rooms were updated, good beds, super clean, no carpets. Breakfast room is very small if hotel is full but the servers were nice and patient and we took our food back to our room as there was nowhere to sit.

We loved the setting, right along the beautiful Colorado river! The house has room for lots of people and it also has alot of character. We had trouble getting the wifi password and struggled to communicate with our host because of poor service. Overall it was a good stay!
