Experience an Art Deco styled home at this centrally located unit, walking distance to many great spots in Downtown Flagstaff! This home is driving distance to epic sightseeing activities and countless outdoor adventures. Enjoy our relaxing patio which features a shared hot tub, fire pit, lounge area, and gym. This professionally designed unit is equipped with all of the comforts of home including a fully stocked kitchen, high quality mattresses and bedding, smart TV, etc



We have decorated and styled the home to create a cozy and modern vintage feel. We strive for comfort with high quality foam mattresses and a fully stocked kitchen, including a keurig, pots and pans, basic spices etc. After a day of adventure, come back and relax in the patio around the fire pit or soak in the hot tub. This unit is part of a duplex and patio area is shared with the other units and a short 30 steps or so away!



You have access to the whole unit, shared patio, gym and workspace

I dare you to find a more perfectly located place for a better price. The place itself doesn't have a ton of frills and thrills besides the hot tub, but it was perfect for the two of us to wind down at the end of the day and sleep. We stayed here for a week for pleasure before transfering to a hotel near NAU for business. This neighborhood was much quiter and more walkable. The ventilation is not the greatest, so we had to prop open the back door every time we cooked breakfast to avoid setting off the smoke detector, fyi. Seriously, though. Location, location, location. It was a 7 to 15 minute walk to nearly anything we could think of doing...and the other things like the Lowell Observatory (highly recommend at night) and Walnut Canyon were just a few minutes drive. Parking was a little tight because this unit's spot is all the way to one side against some vegetation, and the other renters weren't always very aware when parking.

Nice place good location & communication. Realize that the patio and hot tub are shared posting title and photos were misleading. Posting gave us the impression you had a private hot tub only in the very detailed description does it say shared.

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable, quaint historical house! It was the perfect spot for two—cozy, charming, and full of character. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of everything, yet still quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and everything about it just felt easy. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and how clean and well-kept everything was. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway or a relaxing weekend in town!

Cozy & quaint downtown spot

Very charming, updated cottage duplex in old, downtown Flag. Friendly and responsive host. Keep your shoes on in the house to avoid the heater grate on the floor! And be more careful getting out of bed in the lil bedroom than I was. :) But these are the neat quirks of vintage homes, so totally worth it. Do take a stroll by the library and downtown blocks!

Cute little spot near all Flagstaff amenities

My friend and I stayed during our girls trip. The rental is a quaint older little home. Two comfortable beds. We appreciated the pull out bed having a foam topper to make the bed more comfortable. The beds were comfortable! Sleeping In the main living can be a bit noisy in the morning due to traffic but nothing a sound machine and ear plugs can’t fix. The owner was extremely accommodating with checking in early and was very responsive in all of our communication. We also appreciated the checking out process as owners did not require us to do a lengthy list of check out protocols compared to other rentals I have stayed at. Overall, great location and cute little home perfect for a small family or girls trip!

Great Location

We had a great time during our overnight stay. Wonderful walk to all of the restaurants and the leaves were beautiful. Caught the farmers market Sunday morning and a great breakfast at Brandy’s Restaurant and Bakery. Dog friendly with great outdoor seating. Oodles of Doodles.
