Stunning Large Getaway with HOT TUB

This family-friendly home that blends functionality, style, and entertainment. A perfect base for all your Northern Arizona adventures, whether visiting the Grand Canyon, skiing Snowbowl, or hiking, biking mountiain trails, exploring Sedona, visiting NAU or just enjoying the beautiful weather. 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 8 beds, and 2 living spaces this home is perfect for large groups or multiple families.

Convenient location!

Living room, kitchen, dining, porch, master and 2 bedrooms plus additional bathroom on main entry level. The lower level has a family/game room with large TV, office, kitchenette, deck with hot tub and backyard access.

Home has High-Speed Wireless Internet

Natural light abounds in this home’s main living area welcomed in through lots of private windows. The living room seating beckons guests to settle in for some relaxation, read or play a game of chess. Guests can wander into the kitchen area, which offers tons of work space and a mobile center island perfect for meal prep, mingling or set up as a bar. Cooking enthusiasts will love this well-equipped open space with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, large pantry, and available cabinet space. Seating for eight guests is available at the dining table with 4 additional seats at the island. The main level contains a large master suite. Vaulted ceilings, luxurious king bed, TV, private en suite bathroom with dual-sink vanity, a jetted tub, and separate shower with huge master closet. There are two additional bedrooms both with queen-sized beds and a full bathroom with no need to access stairs.

Downstairs is equally inviting with access to the large backyard, deck and hot tub. There is a family-game room area with a large sectional couch and oversized smart TV. Attached is what we call the “variety room” with a king bed, twin bed, desk space, kitchenette (sink, fridge, micro), exercise equipment, DVD's, games! There is also a full bathroom along with a family bedroom containing a queen bed and a bunk bed (two twin beds).


Our temps swing 40 degrees from day to night. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have central air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.

Vacation

We had a terrific stay. The home was spacious and clean, with beautiful interior decorations. Our kids loved the game room, large tvs and movies. They said next time we have to stay longer. Kitchen had all the appliances you need. Bath and hot tub were so relaxing. Safe and quiet neighborhood, nestled in the pines.

Great Family Retreat

We had a group of six-adults and kids. The house is clean, communication with the host was easy, good location, and we loved all of the games! Would book here again and I recommend it if you are looking for a getaway in Flagstaff?

Flagstaff Stay

This property is beautiful with many bright touches in color and style. The back porch is inviting and is where my family spent quality time. The location is in a nice neighborhood and close to stores. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Okay place for location to activities and downtown.

Beautiful views from the back deck and very open place to stay. The place to organized but the showers were a little dirty. Bring your own towels for the shower and hot tub. The towels were stained and dirty. If the house cleaner and had clean towels would have helped our stay.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this property. The house was spacious and had a lot of activities to keep the kids entertained. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with almost everything we needed. I would highly recommend!

Snowboard Trip

Great landing spot for my group of ten adults on or snowboarding trip. The hot tub was amazing after spending a day on the mountain. Plenty of room for everyone and a cool layout.

Great Grand Canyon Base, September 2022

The stay at Fox Glenn in Flagstaff was a perfect base for all the sightseeing (Grand Canyon, Sedona, Oatman, London Bridge, and Four Corners) area. The home is easy to locate and location was perfect to access restaurants and go sightseeing from. The managers provided easy access information to use for entrance and once we figured out the batteries to the lock were low and replaced them entering and leaving went smoothly. The home does not have AC, but we followed owners directions for opening windows in the evening and closing during the day adequate to keeping cool. Plus, they provided plenty of fans. The days were hot but we never felt too warm in the house! All seven adults had nice sleeping (beds and linen were comfy) and bathroom accommodations. Plus, we enjoyed gathering in the large kitchen, living area, and basement common area. The hot tub is downstairs. It was murky and water level was low but after two cycles with the filter it cleared, and we were able to enjoy it each evening. Also, there were no steps to enter and exit the hot tub which lent itself to some hilarious moments trying to get in/out (you might bring a step stool) or better yet the owners will add one. Unfortunately, the easy access to the house means lots of highway noise. We didn’t notice the noise when inside, but sitting outside was pretty loud. The only other thing was the downstairs coffee maker has seen it’s better days so best to go upstairs for coffee. They did supply plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and the kitchen was well stocked, as promised. Overall, this was a great location and met our needs. I personally hate stairs and would’ve rather had a more secluded location but our sightseeing access from here was unimpeded which was especially nice on our late nights getting back. Very nice home. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Home Away From Home

We absolutely love are staying at Hope’s home every time!! Our 3 year old daughter asks when we are going back to our home in Flagstaff. The location, the amenities, the cleanliness, the comfort, the feeling of home, but out of the desert and into pines and cool air, is truly a wonderful experience always! Thank you Hope for sharing your beautiful home with our family! Highly recommend Hope’s place for everyone, especially families with kids of all ages!

Little America Wedding

We were in town for our daughters wedding at Little America. This property was super close and in a great location. It was spacious enough for our whole family to spread out and not be on top of each other. Communication with the owner was great, easy check in and check out process. We would definitely stay here again!
