Pets are considered with restrictions.
Pets must remain "4 on the floor" (not allowed on furniture or bedding).
Please clean up after your pet outside.
Typically, one small to medium-sized dog is allowed (no vicious breeds).

$50 non-refundable pet fee plus tax

HOUSE RULES
No parties or events are permitted.
No smoking is allowed on the property.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
A rental contract must be signed and submitted after reservation confirmation.
A guest tenant form must be completed after reservation confirmation.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
