The house offers an open floor plan, perfect for spending time together while still allowing space for privacy. It accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms, 5 beds (1 king, 3 queens, 1 full), and 2 bathrooms.

Relax in the living room with oversized couches, a TV, gas fireplace, and a card table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, oven, toaster, coffee station, and all the utensils and cookware you need to prepare meals.

We provide bed linens, bath towels, and basic toiletries, plus a washer and dryer for your convenience!

Security Deposit & Rental Agreement - After making your reservation, you’ll receive a notification to complete our rental agreement and schedule your security deposit through our trusted, API-connected management system, OwnerRez. Completing both is required to confirm the terms and conditions of your stay.

The security deposit functions as a hold on your card—no charge is made unless damage occurs. This hold is placed two days before check-in and automatically released five days after check-out.

Wonderful place to catch up with friends!

We enjoyed our stay so very much. Each of the four of us were able to have our own room, the beds were so comfy, and everything was clean and spacious. Each morning we sat on the deck drinking coffee and chatting before heading out to explore Door County. We highly recommend this place! Would definitely rent it again!

Property was beautiful. Walked the trails, had an evening bonfire. What fun!! The home was comfortable loved the big kitchen space. Enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage. All in all an excellent weekend up north door county!!

Sibling trip to Door County

We had a great stay at Orchard Ranch! The location was great, easy to get to Fish Creek, Egg Harbor, Sister Bay, and even Bailey’s Harbor! The property was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated! Cooking was made easy with all the pots and pans. It also had a great grill and a nice fire pit! We would definitely visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was very responsive and made sure we had plenty of information about the area and the house. Very clean. We enjoyed all the things to do around the house like ping pong, disc golf, other yard games… enjoyed walking on the trails… we had everything we needed at the house. Lots of things close by to do. Great vacation!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great for our group of 7. The host was very responsive and took care of everything. The place is located on a busy highway and can be hard to find at first as it is very wooded. However, once we found it we knew to look for the white picket fence at the end if the driveway. The property is in a great location and was a 10 minute or less drive to many of the places we went. Would stay here again!

A weekend of joy

This rental was above and beyond what we could have hoped for for our girls weekend. So comfortable spacious welcoming and full of good memories now! Megan was a HUGE help and I can’t thank her enough for dealing with me organizing everything from afar!

Perfect for a large group

Megan was very responsive and easy to communicate with. All instructions were clear and the house matched the listing. This was a perfect spot for 9 adults for the weekend amd we had so much room. The house had everything we needed and more! Would definitely recommend!

Reunion for the Ladies!

Megan was an outstanding host and our stay here was nothing but perfect! The home was beautiful, spacious, comfy and very clean. Communication was also great and we really appreciated the accommodations Megan made for our group. If I ever need to rent again in the area, I’d 100% come back here!

Couples Retreat

My husband and I, along with some friends, stayed at this gem outside of Fish Creek recently and it was perfect for us. We had 3 couples and 3 singles so the bedroom layouts were perfect. The kitchen was nicely stocked, house was clean and had plenty of space for us. The house was also quiet considering it’s right off the highway, and had plenty of parking for us. Megan was a very responsive, detailed oriented host and I enjoyed working with her. We would definitely stay again in our yearly trip. Only wish we had was it had a hot tub to relax in after a day venturing around Door County, but that’s obviously it a necessity. Thank you!

Amazing attention to detail and special little perks that really made us smile. It was perfect for our group of 5 ladies. Perfect Girls Weekend Stay!

The home was very clean, had all the necessities, and is a good distance from all the cute little "Door County" towns. A little closer to the highway than I thought, but it is a beautiful, welcoming property. Necessary communication with the property manager was very prompt, and appreciated. Cute place to stay!

We had a great stay at Ochard Place. Everything was so neat and clean and very, very well stocked! Communications went well with the host who responded immediately and resolved the one very minor issue we had at check-in. The reminders throughout were very helpful. We are looking forward to a return visit and will be recommending this place to family and friends!

Orchard Ranch was the perfect home for our girls weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us in a very comfy home. The home owner took the time to make sure that everything was there for us including coffee! They were quick to respond to all of our questions. I am certain we will be back!
