"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the first day, the door to my room was broken and remained an issue throughout my stay. Basic necessities were also unreliable the water would randomly shut off multiple times throughout the day, making it difficult to shower or even use the sink consistently. "The staff were friendly, listened and responded quickly to concerns. The staff ability to quickly respond to concerns was the highlight of my stay here. However, the hotel needs to do more with their options for breakfast. The idea that your reservation is paid for as 2 persons - your breakfast should also be for two persons and not with the option of the second person paying."

"The property looks even better in-person. We booked the penthouse and we were blown away by how luxurious it was. Rhe arwa is secure and we felt safe the entire time. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi and the food delivery took way too long to arrive. The foid was really tasty though so that made up for the wait.
