Great transfer from Airport to Villa,Villa clean and comfortable Good location for restaurants/ bars/supermarketsAny niggles were sorted quickly Pool was fresher than what we were used to but nice to have a dip ( cleaned daily) Overall had a lovely 2 week stay at City Villas

This is a great modern property in an excellent location. local buses are cheap and frequent, There is a bakery and a small supermarket within 200 yards. The property is kept very clean and the pool and pool area are cleaned daily. The pool is an infinity style and is always bug free. The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds, great showers and plenty of storage space.

Just returned from a wonderful stay here. The villa & pool are beautiful and just like the pictures. It was exactly what we wanted and more from our family holiday with our 3 children. We used the airport transfer which was seamless both ways.The villa is close to a bakery, supermarkets, shops and restaurants so no need to hire a car, in fact we enjoyed travelling on the dolmus, which was cheap and became an adventure in itself! The location of the villa is in Ovacik which is in a quieter part of Olu Deniz which we preferred and was easily accessible to Hisaronu, the lagoons and Fethiye.Ali was very responsive during our stay. We contacted him to ask for additional sheeting for the beds and within an hour sheets and an extra bed were provided! We also had a change to our return flight to which Ali was very flexible and accommodated our change. Our only negative would be the lack of basic kitchen equipment such as chopping boards, sharp knives to make meals/snacks. The introduction of these would make for a more comfortable stay. Aside from this we would give this villa 10/10 and would most definitely consider returning in the future.

Beautiful Villa

We stayed in this beautiful villa for two weeks as a family, and it was the perfect base for our holiday. The villa was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space, especially the pool area, was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing and spending time together as a family.The location was peaceful and felt very private, yet still close enough to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Communication with the host was excellent throughout — always quick to respond and really helpful.We made some wonderful memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway!

Gorgeous Villa

We had a lovely 12 night stay here, the villa is large, clean and with nearly everything you'd have at home :) (some sharp knives would be good!!!) The pool is lovely and cleaned EVERY day. The villa is situated far enough away from bars/restaurants so it is quiet during the day & night but you are not far away from said bars and restaurants when needed, easy enough to access on foot. We visited Hisaronu, Oludeniz, Fetiyhe & Calis beach during our stay all of which are lovely, blue lagoon is ideal for the younger family members as calm shallow water. Ali was on hand via whatsapp whatever the query and helped us greatly when an accident occured which needed hospital treatment. Private transfers were excellent and all arranged prior to our holiday. My only criticism would be that there is no information pack/book in the villal,we arrived at night so shops etc weren't easily seen/located nor any emergency numbers given should they be needed (as they were in our case) Overall a lovely holiday in beautiful surroundings.

Great Holiday!

From booking to getting there was well organised, what we got was more than we imagined, and were very happy with service received. The host made airport transfers , and was on hand to answer any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking!

A sensational villa - modern, high quality and great property manager

We were bowled over by the quality of this fantastic villa as soon as we arrived. It is completely modern inside, with lots of living space and spacious bedrooms. The outside area and pool were perfect and although there is collection of villas together, it is very private outside with no one looking onto you. The property manager Ali is fantastic - from initial booking to checking in on us day one with a visit. We also ended up with a medical emergency on the last day and after calling Ali, he hand it all in hand and I can not thank him enough for what he did for me and my family and the kindness he showed in our hour of need. Nothing was too much! The villa is in a perfect location - removed from the hustle and bustle of Olu Deniz beach and Hisaronu but only a taxi ride away to both and taxis are very reasonable and easy accessible from the villa with a taxi button right outside the gate which ensures taxis arrive in 5 minutes. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return ourselves again at some point in the future as we have more of the area to explore - there is so much to see and do!

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful villa, in a fab location. Shops and restaurants are only a 5 min walk. Any issues were sorted out straight away. Air con was amazing.The pool area and pool were cleaned every day. Just wish we would of stayed longer.

What a fantastic Villa! We all had such an amazing time upon being our first time to Türkiye. The Villa is very modern and what you see in the photos is what you get. The host was incredibly friendly and couldn’t assist anymore if they tried. Travelling was made easy for us with the host as we used their Airport Transfer and it was a breeze. We had a friend who unfortunately had an accident a few weeks before our departure and this meant they required a mobility scooter. I contacted the host about this and they provided me with their local service via WhatsApp and it was all booked with ease, paid upon drop-off on our first day and collected morning of the day travelling back home. I highly recommend this Villa and host. Rest assured we will be booking and staying again soon! Thank you Ali for everything.

Amazing villa perfect in great location well stocked clean plenty of everything you need with a host that replies so quickly, cats are a problem in area and the chap who worked for company that runs villa for host coming in checking what we got in fridge and cupboards before we had even left and telling me to clean stuff thattgey had not cleaned he let the ost down

Nice stay

We had a pleasant holiday at the house. It was safe and clean. The communication with the owner was easy and we were treated well. The location was near central city and if we went far from the house to visit places the taxis were easy to get. Thank you for an amazing stay. We liked it. Kind regards from Denmark

Fantastic villa!

We had a fantastic 9 nights at this property, couldn't find any faults. The location was great, amenities within the villa were spot on. Would definitely look into booking this villa again if we returned to Turkey.

City Villa stay 7th to 21st September 2019

Six of us (3 couples, ages ranging from mid 50s to early 70s) stayed for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the whole holiday. I had communicated with the manager, Ali, before we left England and he arranged the transfer from and back to the airport, at a very reasonable price and as we were arriving after midnight he also arranged for us to have a welcome pack including bread, milk, eggs, water and a host of other essentials to get us started, again, at the reasonable price. Our villa was very clean and spacious with a lovely pool and well kept gardens. It was very well appointed with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There was a television but only had one English channel. It also had free wi-fi which was a bit hit and miss; Ali told us that this was because the area had grown quicker than the infrastructure could keep up with. Small matter. The bedrooms were a good size with a decent bathroom although if you were in the top floor, the bathroom had very limited headroom. The villa was in quite a good location about 100 yards from the main road going from Fethiye to Hisaronu but far enough back not to hear any traffic noise. T here were one or two minor niggles; we had to ask for some top cotton sheets as there weren't any and also we had to ask for more towels so we could all have a bath towel each. This was put right in a very short time. There was no bread knife or even a sharp knife so we had to buy one. Unfortunately, there were no instructions for any of the appliances so we had to play a guessing game but we got there. The hot water is supplied by solar only so when we had all had a shower at the end of the day, there was no hot water in the morning so we had to get used to very cool showers in the morning. A book of some description in the villa for guests to leave some suggestions of where to eat, shop, visit or recommended trips for guests coming afterwards who do not know the area. Overall we were all very pleased with our City Villa and would not hesitate in returning for another 2 week stay and thank you Ali for your prompt attention Dave & Mandy , Paul & Sue, Ralph & Angie from Grimsby

First rate quality villa

Fantastic villa, very spacious with top quality furnishings. Close to shops and bars, but quiet area. Dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning all worked perfectly. Ali arranged our transfers to and from Dalaman airport which worked perfectly Ali met us with the keys and explained about the security of the villa. The WiFi was a bit disappointing and the pool didn’t get sun till midday so was a little chilly but on the whole a lovely villa.

Séjour parfait dans une villa parfaite

Super sejour, villa bien équipée, dispose de tout ce que l'on a besoin dans la vie quotidienne. Belle surprise quant à la jolie piscine. Gérant immobilier disponible, très courtois, accueillant et qui oriente bien au sujet des activités locale. Nous reviendrons des que possible.

Lovely villa, very clean and perfect location

From the start renting this villa has been so easy and stress free. Ali was really helpful, from arranging collection from the airport to informing us about visas. Amazing villa, very clean and welcoming Ideal location, not far from shop or restaurants Taxi station just at the top of the drive if you have no car All in all was a perfect stay
