Villa Luisa is located in Cala Galdana, Menorca. This maisonette offers

Layout

Villa Luisa occupies the top level of the property and features a
spacious living room with a dining area and balcony. The villa includes
a fully equipped kitchen, three air-conditioned bedrooms, and two
bathrooms. The private pool is accessible via the kitchen and external
steps. Additionally, guests can enjoy a BBQ area and private parking.

If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Villa Louisa Oct 2024

We would happily stay here again. This was a return journey for us after 7 years and had a look round several other resorts. Cala Galdana is a hidden gem and the large sheltered bay is beautiful. The property is spacious, clean and everything a family needs. You may need a car if you have elderly family as the 180 steps down to the beach are challenging for some or there is a walk via the roads which is pleasant. The property itself is excellent

Lovely villa

Overall. Lovely villa and very clean. Great location for beaches and shop too. Children loved the beach and felt very safe. Our pool was fabulous. One downside was lack of communication with the property manager

Clean house good location

The house smelled clean as soon as we entered. It was in a lovely cove with 2 beautiful beaches within walking distance. Cala Galdana is a 5 minute walk away and it has beach chairs and restaurants. Cala Mitjana is a 20 minute walk through the woods and is a secluded beach but does get full. The house has a pool, air conditioning, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has parking which is very important in this area. While the house itself is old, it is well maintained and has all that you need.

Good, but not great.

It was all good, but not great. They should consider upgrading the beds. Uncomfortable and eventually quite painful by day 9. Otherwise, small things would make a huge difference. I appreciate the property is a bit dated, but it would be ok to ignore that if there were more than 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 spare bin bag and 3 toilet rolls for a 9-night stay. More than just salt (ie. pepper, oil etc) provided. Better kitchen equipment - the knives were all blunt and the toastie maker broken but still supplied. Table tennis set was old and rubbish. There are so many ways that small touches could have given a better impression but it comes across as a cash cow for the owners with no attempt at hospitality. For the cost, and considering owner's family downstairs is not quiet due to a very young family and regular visitors, the little extra in terms of essentials and attention to detail would have made the property better.

Leider gab es keinerlei Verbrauchsmittel wie z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, etc. Es war lediglich 1 Spülmaschinentab vorhanden, auch nur 1 Müllsack.Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war mäßig, es wurde mehrfach der Online Check In verlangt, obwohl er bereits gemacht war. Die Zugangsdaten und den Ablauf des Check Ins bekommt man erst unmittelbar vor Anreise.Leider gibt es keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort für Empfehlungen und Fragen.Der Pool ist schön, wurde aber nicht gereinigt während der 8 Tage.

We had the most amazing time in Villa Luisa! The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had going into our holiday. The property felt very comfortable and quiet. The property was also well maintained and clean. The nearest beach, which is very close, is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The villa itself has a grand feel while still being very comfortable. It had everything you would need and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the barbecue most of the time. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us in close proximity to everything. The agents and staff of Agni were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. If youd like to enjoy some peace and quiet with warm sun and beautiful waters, this is the place to go! We are already planning our next trip to Menorca and would definitely recommend Villa Luisa!

The outside and pool area were magnificent and we all had our own privacy given the layout of the bedrooms. This is the first holiday we have had when we have not visited hotel resorts- and it was great to have ended up at such a well-thought-out and well-cared-for property. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating/dining area and upper balconies. Its the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. WE WILL COME BACK!

The whole process couldnt have been easier from booking and paying online detailed instructions on finding the villa a clean and well-presented property. It is a beautiful house amid palm trees with a great terrace surrounded by lots of natural shades. The property was completely safe and the outside dining area out the back was great for al fresco dining. The Villa was just what we wanted it met all my expectations. It was absolutely brilliant. Very accurate the photos dont do it justice it is an amazing villa and the grounds are beautiful. We highly recommend this villa for family gatherings.

Fantastic property in a lovely location with just enough tavernas, restaurants, bars...and nearby to almost everything beaches, seasides, promenades. We have booked again for 2022. Tres belle villa dans beau quartier

Tres belle villa sur les hauteurs de la cala galdana. Propre, grande piscine. Excellent sejour.dommage qu on a du avoir 3 interlocuteurs différents et bcp de formalités a remplir avant de pouvoir y acceder. Nous avons dû transmettre bcp de fois nos données personnelles a différents interlocuteurs. C etait un peu oppressant.
