The New Place – an elegant and spacious apartment in the historic center of Ferrara

Located in the heart of Ferrara’s historic center, The New Place is a 65-square-meter apartment—bright, quiet, and tastefully furnished—ideal for those who want to explore the city while staying in a cozy setting equipped with every comfort.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building without an elevator.

It features a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, a 55" Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen; a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), blackout curtains, a built-in closet; and a bathroom with a window, shower, bidet, and complimentary toiletries.

The rooms are equipped with independent air conditioning and heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and mosquito screens. A private laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available to guests.

For families with young children, a crib or toddler bed, high chair, and other baby accessories are available free of charge upon request.

The location allows you to easily walk to the city’s main monuments, museums, restaurants, and points of interest, fully immersing yourself in the atmosphere of the historic center.
The train station is about a 20-minute walk away, and the apartment’s location is also convenient for those arriving by car, thanks to its connections to the city’s main access roads and the highway.
