Apartment Nordstern mit Garten und Parkplatz

The apartment consists of a living area that includes a bedroom, dining area, kitchen, couch, TV, and an open loft with two sleeping areas, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is very bright; the sun shines through the windows until late afternoon. The view extends over the green garden and our parking lot. <br>Next to the vacation apartment is an identical mirror-image unit; the apartments can be connected via an open door if both are rented at the same time. Unfortunately, this does make the apartment quite prone to noise.<br>Larger groups can also stay here together if you rent the first floor, which sleeps up to 16 people. (If interested, please call or email us directly)<br>The garden is 1,800 m² and is also used by guests from the other two vacation apartments. Nevertheless, there are plenty of places to sit and relax, as well as a trampoline, a treehouse, chickens, and many other highlights for children. In the beach corner, you can enjoy a lovely afternoon in the sun; there’s also a gas grill and a cozy beach chair here. For cold days and to help your body relax, we’ve built an infrared sauna in the garden. <br>In the summer, the hedges are so dense that the view to the neighbors is very limited; it sometimes feels like a wonderful oasis right in the middle of Petersdorf.<br>It’s idyllic—as if you were living in the woods—yet just a 5-minute walk to Aldi, Edeka, and a bakery.<br>Next door is the stylish Caféhmarn.<br>The church and the family doctor’s office are in the village center, a 3-minute walk away.
