The microwave and fridge in the room were very helpful to have. However, the ice machines on every floor kept breaking down, which was bad timing because we were there during an intense heat wave. The carpet in the room was dirty and even sticky in one spot. It's not a bad place to stay, but it's got flaws here and there."

"Mold in AC vent, mold on bathroom ceiling. Whenever this place was " renovated" the broken kicked in front door of the room was not replaced, looks like it was just wood glued and painted over. Outside of the building in the standing area there was a family of rats the size of softballs. Room service took the dirty bath towels on day two and said they would be back later that day once they were washed to give us more. They did not come. Dirty makeup stain pillow on the bed, and what I believe...

MY BED WAS HORRIBLE - HARD and the AC unit was very loud; turned it off to sleep but then it was too hot (July 4th weekend). The male clerk at the front desk appeared to be irritated (checked in around 11p on 7/4) and was rude to customer in line. Not a friendly reception at all."
