"The room was Clean, the staff were courteous and accommodating, and the people at the Bistro were Quick with food preparation. It was also helpful that they had a Market side, small but well furnished with Food, snacks, and Beverages open 24/7"

"The website versus actual property are not accurate. The hotel looks ran down on the outside but nice looking once inside. Looks as if property was going through renovations and not quite completed. Bathroom showers were not clean, had to be moved to a different room because of a spider nest in the ceiling. Nice staff though, comfy and clean beds. Room overall clean just not my the type of hotel I’d normally chose and it could use some improvements."

"Close to the freeway and easy to find. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Parking was free. Also close to a grocery store. Enjoyed the free breakfast. The microwave and fridge in the room were very helpful to have. However, the ice machines on every floor kept breaking down, which was bad timing because we were there during an intense heat wave. The carpet in the room was dirty and even sticky in one spot. It's not a bad place to stay, but it's got flaws here and there."

"Mold in AC vent, mold on bathroom ceiling. Whenever this place was " renovated" the broken kicked in front door of the room was not replaced, looks like it was just wood glued and painted over. Outside of the building in the standing area there was a family of rats the size of softballs. Room service took the dirty bath towels on day two and said they would be back later that day once they were washed to give us more. They did not come. Dirty makeup stain pillow on the bed, and what I believe...

It had an okay exterior look paint wise but inside not so much. The rooms shower floor was dirty and my wife felt like she needed to leave and cancel the reservation. The toilet handle seemed like it was going to fall off when I flushed it. It just didn’t look like the hotel overall was well maintained and cleaned with care...

"The location was great considering we went to a concert at the stadium across the street. However the building and rooms are pretty gross. There is an odor as soon as you walk in to check in as well as throughout the entire building. Beds are hard. Furniture is worn down. The “blanket” was essentially a sheet it was so thin. Honestly it’s overpriced for the quality. Staff was friendly though. Would not recommend. Would not stay again."
