Our room including bathroom was slightly tired and is in need of a refreshment and lacked your normal toiletries for this level of hotel. The mini fridge compressors was very loud and as such led to both nights of poor sleep, not ideal when you book a weekend away to recover. "Watch out! They overbook you. I was forced at 9:40 pm to go to another hotel that they arranged in front of me. OK so get to stay in harrogate again for free with them and the got me another hotel, but I was planning to use the gym etc prior to my work the next day. Staff were nice and apologetic ..."
