This is a cute little house down a gravel road...secluded from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to be anywhere in under 20 minutes. 2 min from I-55!
Great view to see anytime of the day with wildlife! Perfect for a single, couple or a small family. There is a queen bed and a full bed Smart TVs, Wifi, quiet & safe neighborhood. NURSE rates, longer leases and flexible stays available

We live nearby if any assistance is needed. The neighborhoods quiet - watch for animals and kids! There’s no washer and dryer available currently.

If you have a service animal, please provide pics of the certificate. We typically ask for no pets because we have animals.

Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time and/or delay our housekeeping staff and/or our maintenance staff without prearranged approval with the host will be charged $100 for every hour past checkout time plus any fees incurred by maid service for disrupting their schedule.

Prefer not rent to locals within 45 min drive to home (at host discretion). If you are local, you still book and host asks you to cancel, you must comply. Host agrees to full refund of her payout. Can not refund fees. Please contact prior to booking to discuss.

Smoking is never tolerated. $150 fine.

Events and Parties are absolutely not tolerated will result in a $1000 fine.

We were in town to visit family in Herculaneum and Festus - this house was perfectly located between the two! Aricka was a great hostess - very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

4th of July weekend

Amazing communication.. the house was tidy .. everything we needed for our stay was readily available... the owners live close by stayed in constant contact making sure our needs were met .. they had amazing suggestions on things to do .. they were not invasive or on top of us and made us feel overly welcome .. will definitely book this location again!

Compound type home

It’s quiet and serene. You are renting a house on a compound with the main family and their parents and am RV pad. It’s a renovated home. The owners are next door but NOT right on top of you. Its ok, not luxurious. It’s sufficient but not cozy. There is NO washer or dryer-I didn’t notice this when I rented. That’s a lot for me, I have younger kids and we stayed 2+ weeks. Also you have to get the trash up the hill. The owners are AWESOME. Responded FAST to every thing I needed. They are also really great people.

Perfect little place to stay

It was very clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend. Close to everything that we wanted to go. It is tucked away at the end of a gravel road. Quiet and secluded. Highly recommend.
