"Easy to find. Clear instructions from the owner on how to get the key. Convenient for the railway station.
The room itself was compact but very clean and had everything we needed.
The only negative was how hot the room was. It had been a hot day and with being on the top floor, the room was very hot. There was little to no airflow from the windows. The fan was ok but just blew hot air around. Even in the morning when the outside temperature was reasonable, the room was still around 25/26...

"Unfortunately another resident was up all night shouting and banging. We finally managed to sleep around 4am.
From the advertisement we thought it was the entire apartment but it was a very small room. "

"Exceptional property.
The photos look good but don't do it justice.
Spotlessly clean.
Comfy beds & pillows, soft fluffy towels.
Well equipped kitchen lacking nothing. Often 6 berth properties have 6 of everything, for example here there were 12 mugs so not constantly washing up. Cafetiere and tea pots in two sizes.
Little extras like sewing kit, tool kit and first aid kit appreciated.

"Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!"
