Summary:

Newly updated two bedroom apartment near NDSU, the Fargodome, and the airport. Enjoy a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom with a combo shower/tub!



The Space:

This is unit 1 of five units in the building. Located on the upper floor there are 4 steps up into the back door. There's plenty of space for you to spread out with king beds in both bedrooms and a futon in the living room that folds out to a full size bed, great for kids. There is coin laundry on the lower level at the end of the hallway.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the full apartment as well as the coin laundry located on the lower level. You will access the building through the back door, right off of the free gravel parking lot.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is primarily college housing with a mix of houses, apartments, and townhomes. This building is mostly short-term rentals.



Getting Around:

We're a couple of blocks from NDSU and within walking distance (in the spring-fall) of campus, tailgating, and the Fargodome. We're a 5-minute drive from the airport and downtown Fargo. We have Uber and Lyft, both would be about $8 to the airport or downtown.
