"It would have been good to have instructions on how to enter the indoor parking facility. It was a shame also that the charging stations were not operational although advertised as available online. There was no option to check out on the self service screen at the reception."

"We really enjoyed bringing a light dinner and beers home and eating on the balcony. Peaceful neighborhood and kind host. Free public transport is a wonderful plus, and it is a very short walk to the tram line which can take you anywhere - including the top of Gurten."

"There is not a full wall for the shower, and a 1/4" x 1/4" block to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom, so prepare for water to be generally all over the wall and floor. There is also 3-in-1 soap/shampoo/conditioner, so make sure to bring your own if you have hair.
One of the workers let us check in a few minutes early; the self check in kiosk will not work if you arrive before 1500.
