"Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Easy to explore Nice by foot. Very close to Durandy Tram stop and 15 mins walk to Nice Ville railway station. Room was lovely, v clean with Nuxe toiletries and well equipped with hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, safe, drinking water and fridge. Air con worked great. Comfy beds. Really could ask for much more."

"Avoid this hotel unless you are looking for the bare minimum. The stucture is outdated and offers minimal comforts. The biggest downside is the noise: night an day continous street noise as the windows do not isolate from it. In order to shower you have to time exactly how you pass the door to get into the showe stall. The toilet is placed alongside the wall. The wifi is at best spotty. Even when it works, it is very slow. The whole hotel atmosphere is honesty sad."

"It was difficult to get into the hotel. I arrived in the evening and no one was at the desk. I needed to check messages on Expedia for the instructions on how to get in the front door and get my room key. Entrance is small and requires going up a flight of stairs. Once I made contact with staff via text and WhatsApp, they were very helpful. My room was well furnished and clean. TV needed to be repaired which was completed by my second night. "The web site photos make the building look huge and elegant. Not so. It was a very plain hotel in a residential area. The rooms do not have a closet or drawers to unpack your luggage so if you’re planning on staying for multiple days, this makes it a bit difficult. There is a wall area with a few hangers but not a closet. The fan in the bathroom did not work and when I inquired on this, they did not have a solution of the problem."

"We were given an economy twin room with shared bathroom when I booked a comfort twin room, at no point did I see in the booking that this option had a shared bathroom. I have never and would never book a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom door did not fully close and could only be locked with a hook on the door The room did not seem electrically safe and needed work on the walls as they were being held up with tape. We left after one night as to be honest neither the building or the room...

"Booking in was difficult. There is no one at reception. A cleaner let us in to our room after we waited for 3 hrs. No one answers a phone. Great to access a microwave at reception desk. No chairs in room. Nowhere to hang washing. Getting in n out of building n room was good. Great location. "
