"The inn was fine for our purpose to be close to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Room was very nice. Pillows were flat which is a big no no for me. Could hear someone snoring in the house. Situated on a very busy road but the inn has a fabulous bike path right in the back yard."

"We stayed one night to catch the morning ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Check-in was easy and the staff in the office were friendly and helpful. The room had a comfy king bed and everything we needed. The bathroom could use some spiffing up. Location was great, an easy walk to restaurants on the water and shopping/dining in downtown Falmouth. The cost was reasonable. We'd come back to the Town & Beach when traveling to MV. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Iris Hotel Cape Cod. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to downtown Falmouth. One of the best parts was the free breakfast — we didn’t expect it, so it was a nice surprise! The indoor pool was also a big plus, especially when the weather wasn’t perfect. Overall, the staff was friendly, the room was nice, and everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!"
