Set on a lovely residential street, this cottage puts you walking distance to Falmouth Heights Beach, Main Street shops and restaurants, and the ferry port.

After exciting adventures out and about, return to an airy home sporting hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings. Lounge comfortably in the living area watching your favorite streaming services on the smart TV. Whip up tasty meals and beach snacks in the sparkling kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of brand-new stainless steel appliances. An office space is perfect for catching up on remote work while the kids will love the large yard.

Enjoy dinner on the deck with the evening breeze, then unwind by the firepit under a sky full of stars.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great home and location

We had a wonderful time. The home is clean, comfortable, well furnished, and extremely well stocked. Plenty of dish detergent, paper towels, soap, etc. and they even provided travel size containers of shampoo and conditioner. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Girls Trip

2 of my girl friends and i went on a girls trip here and were blown away! The house was amazing and just like the photos. The house makes you feel at home and is so comfortable for relaxing. Definitely coming back and recommend to anyone who is considering staying here!

Short stay in Falmouth

The cottage was cute and really all that we needed. I got mixed up and thought we were staying on the other side of Falmouth. We could still walk to Main Street but it was a little long after a night out. If you are interested in going to the beach, it's in a great sport.

Cute Cottage close to everything

The house was nicely appointed and well stocked. I stayed with a group of friends, plenty of room for 5 women. Great access to the ferry. Ferry Cottage is in a great location. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Memorial Day weekend

The house was perfect! Location, size and cleanliness. The only issue we had was the code not working upon check in. After a phone call to Vacasa, we figured things out ok for the weekend.

Inviting and Relaxing!

This home away from home offers spacious bedrooms and living spaces on a nice grassy lot in a quaint neighborhood setting. Step out onto your deck and sit at the table and watch the little bunnies nibbling the grass and listen to the birds singing. Clean, well-equipped and stocked with essentials, including all linens, this place has got you covered! A bookshelf full of guides and summer reads, toys and games for the kiddos for family time indoors as well as a beach wagon loaded-up for beach-time fun. Kitchen is well stocked and ready for pretty much anything. Comfy beds, climate control and a quiet setting (at least in April) led to restful nights sleep. Beaches, fun shops and yummy restaurants nearby. We were very pleased with our stay!

Cape vacation with friends

Disappointed, not cleaned when we arrived 15 minutes early. Called and cleaners came quickly. The location and size of the property was perfect. A lot of little things need to be fixed. The upstairs bathroom had a tub but the fixture to close it was broken, no baths could be taken and the water pressure up stairs was very slow. Also the bedroom door handle was off. The dinning room bench had a broken support and one of the chair back spindles were not attached. Would not rent this house again.

Great location to beach!

Beach is 0.3 miles from the house. The house very roomy. Plenty of games to play and books to read on rainy days. Beds are comfortable. Walking distance to local restaurants. Country Fare restaurant on Main Street is a great place for breakfast.

Four-generation family reunion

We love this cottage. We've now stayed three times! We have been very happy with how open the kitchen/dining area is, the light that comes in, the storage, the ratio of bedrooms to baths. It is perfect for our nuclear family. This time, for our family reunion we also rented another home in the same lovely, quiet neighborhood, and the proximity was absolutely perfect. "Our" cottage has a brand new side deck and porch. A couple of things needed attention (a door handle and a wobbly chair), but I was able to text about this, and I'm sure they'll be repaired soon!

Cozy and well stocked!

We had a great time over the holidays. The house is spacious, clean, well decorated, and has more than the basics. We spent alot of time in the living room full of natural light and enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen which has pretty much every extra you could want. Everything was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We were here during the winter storm but nevertheless enjoyed our staycation. We would love to return next year :)

Excellent spot in quiet neighborhood. Grandboys could ride their bikes around the block. Sports fields and ocean 5 min walk. Water shoes are a good idea for the Falmouth Heights beach. Great house, well adorned. Close to downtown Falmouth, and food shopping and other necessities. We all loved it:)

Lovely house in a great location. Beds were a bit soft and more bath towels were needed. The yard and deck could use some freshening up but overall a very nice place and we would recommend it to others.

Falmouth Memories

This house was the perfect location for our visit. Short 5 minutes walk to Falmouth Heights Beach. Shipwrecked and sopranos restaurants are excellent! Extremely busy and sopranos is valet only. Short walk from home is excellent. Front door is challenging to open with lock code. There was a musty smell when we entered the house. After the first day we aired it out. Lots to do in house with games and reading. The loaded beach cart was a plus. Thank you!
