"Checking in, the lobby was a pig-sty. The room was adequate, air conditioner worked well and ample parking. I noticed the bathroom floor was wet. I figured housekeeping had just mopped it but that was not the case. The following day the bathroom floor and the carpet just outside the bathroom was flooded.
