"The room was booked and paid for but when we arrived (at 10 pm the night before our cruise ship sailed ) the attendant insisted we had to leave a $250 deposit. He said we would get it back the next day before we left. The next morning we were informed it would be back on our card in 3-5 business days. We are now back from our 7 day cruise. It has been 6 business days and no money."

"The hotel was great but the 3rd party shuttle service was horrible. It was an issue with being picked up at the airport. Almost an hour late and poor communication. The driver was wreck less. Same with the shuttle diver to pier 66 the next morning."

"This is a boutique urban hotel. Clever funky design and comfortable beds. Not a lot of frills but definitely had what I wanted and needed. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Room was very clean. Did not use parking or airport shuttle but did take light rail which goes directly to airport and is about 4 blocks from hotel. Hotel is within walking distance of many major points of interest. Would stay there again for sure."

"A lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Staff all very friendly and wine hour was a lovely feature in front of a lovely fire in the lounge. My only gripe was no grab and go facility in the mornings. Also would be nice to have coffee and tea facility in the room. Upon arrival no free bottle of water in the room. Noise from traffic was loud, I do think extra glazing is required or maybe ear defenders are needed to get a good sleep. These are my only gripe. Otherwise the hotel was very nice...
