"I booked this place thru expedia for 3 nights, and stayed there for 2 nights, the third day I flipped the pillow and almost vomited when I saw the dirt and the black hair on the pillow, then i looked under the cover and saw tiny little pieces of dirt and black hair. Also on a second day while sitting in my room locked there was somebody knocking and trying to open the door very agressively saying that he brought me the keys.
The place is refusing the refund and an apology."

"We didn't like that the air conditioning was centrally controlled, room was hot even with the fan. No coffee machines in the room and you have to pay for water for a $1. I feel they could have given out complimentary water. Rooms were small but clean! Staff were helpful!"

"Room was very clean and the beds are nice! Relatively big room for NYC- front desk was helpful except when we asked for them to refill the water jug in the lobby. PERFECT location- super close walk to flatiron, Chelsea, etc and the subway station, we also walked to MSG for a concert. Definitely would stay again!"
