"This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. "

"While the neighborhood isn't the greatest, the rental makes up for it 1,000 times over!!! This place was AMAZING!!! The apartment was immaculate, and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable!! I met the property owner as we were leaving and she was lovely - very accommodating. I will definitely stay again - and highly recommend."

"This is a very nice apartment! It is easily accessible to the subway into New York City. So that makes the location perfect. The neighborhood did seem a bit dangerous. So I guess I would advise not walking alone outside at night. But that would be expected in any place in Newark. Also the proximity to the Newark airport was perfect. There are lots of very good restaurants close by. Lots of good ethnic food!"

"Property Wasn’t Bad For The Price. The Area Is Definitely In The Hood. But The Property Was Nice All Together For The Price That We Paid. Walks Need To Be Cleaned And They Should Put Wash Cloths To Go Along With The Towels That Were Provided. I’ll Give Them A 3.8 Out Of 5. Not A Bad Place To Stay If You’re Used To Being In The Hood. The People Were Nice And Friendly Though. So You Can Speak And Say Wassup If You’re Visiting From Down South Lol"

"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"We had a great stay at this place! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation to both MetLife Stadium and New York City. There are also a few parking lots on site, which made things even easier."
