"The apartment was super-clean, with a comfortable bed and the sheets smelled so fresh. Checking in was easy. Alonzo was always available to answer questions; he got back to us almost immediately with answers to our questions. Good location, a short walk to Newark Penn Station. A quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby, as well as a Whole Foods and wine store adjacent to Whole Foods. A good experience and we look forward to our next visit!"

"The host was very helpful and communicated in a timely fashion despite minor hiccups like building displays a different address, remote for garage was not available for parking and us not having enough wash cloths our accommodations were very nice. The owners provided a resolution to every minor hiccup and was very cordial. This home was very clean and beds were comfortable I’d definitely stay again. "

"I and my adult son and our two dogs stayed at this listing for two nights in early December 2023. It's for a quick first visit to NYC for my son, and a short break from work for me. Everything in this listing was great, except for one thing. It's difficult to sleep, or to stay asleep, for both nights of our stay because of the noise from the unit directly above. The sound the feet of whoever in that unit made was so loud that it's impossible to ignore. It's not the fault of the hosts, of course,...

"Host had double booked using multiple calendars. I found this out 1 hour before we were supposed to arrive and 1 hour after our check in time. Customer service was also not helpful and didn’t call me back. Thankfully I did get refunded but had to scramble to find something as an alternative day of which is always a more pricey endeavor. I will not be using VRBO again thanks to this listing and my experience. "
