"This is a great resort with lots to do and wonderful staff. Hot springs were very enjoyable. However the hotel itself is old and is looking run down. "The accommodations were great except for the basement level which was virtually unusable because it was too cold. We tried adjusting the thermostat as suggested by the property owners but it never helped. A shame considering the great so with pool table and big screen tv."
