Pool looked dirty, and it is not heated and there is no spa or hot tub. The breakfast was the worst we have every experienced. No bread or toaster. No eggs. Supposed to be batter for making waffle. Empty the entire time we stayed and when ask if they can replace it the woman only said one word "NO" ! When I complained the office said she doesn't speak English. No apologies. When asked for clean towels we are told you must bring the others back before we give you others. Had to almost beg for toilet paper. The woman on days in the office accused my granddaughter and her husband of "trespassing" even thought they were staying with me and I had paid extra for 4 people in room. Room keys didn't work and we had to keep asking for others. They give the HOMELESS rooms for up to 21 days so the place is FULL of sketchy looking people. Not many tourists stay there. It is close to everything movies, and stores many restaurants of every kind close enough to walk and if you want you can take city bus down to the Ferry and go to San Francisco, but it stops running at 10pm If you stay here just know it reasonably priced but no amenities whatsoever. It is clean enough but not exactly a tourist hotel per se!
