"Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, spacious and modern room with excellent facilities. Stayed on a Saturday evening and location was convenient but safe and quiet. Very much enjoyed the little rubber duck friend too! "

"The hotel was close to two underground stations, making it very easy to get around London and reach Heathrow Airport as well. Drinks, were wine, beer, water, tea, coffee, Coke were included in the room. The refills were haphazard though. More than a few times we were left without water. Oh, well, if no water then we drank the wine. We had the buffet breakfast one day. It was good, but not worth having every day, IMHO. "

"We liked the hotel very much. Its location can’t be better- Oxford st , Piccadilly - only 10 min walking. The staff is incredible ( thank you, Dula). Rooms are big and convenient. Breakfast is expensive. This is the only downside!"

"A convenient place to stay when coming from Heathrow as only a few minutes walk from Gloucester Rd tube station. I had a single room. I think some thought had gone into the interior design of the room. Liked the gold wallpaper & the chandelier effect central lamp. Nice to be able to open windows. Can watch people walking on street below. Surprisingly quiet in the room & sleep well here. "

"Portable fan in the room was a necessity for June hot weather. Street facing room had windows that only slightly opened. Otherwise a lovely hotel with comfortable beds, clean bathroom, lovely lobby, easy and secure luggage dropoff and a beautiful restaurant with a garden."

"Had a booking issue (my fault) and send an email in attempt to resolve before we arrived. Did not receive response. Arrived and the young lady at the service desk was very friendly and resolve the issue. We discovered during the night the AC was not functioning and it was 26.5 degrees Celsius in the room. Contacted a young man at the desk and informed him about the conditions, we received no message about our room and after a long day returned to the room to discover there was no change and...
