"I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money."

"we had 2 rooms for 4 nights, both rooms were clean and comfortable. hairdryer, ironing and a nespresso maschine... all you need for a stay. bus stop and underground nearby. the staff is super friendly and helpful gladly again!!!"

"The Concierge service was horrible. They were curt, aggorant, and condescending. The staff was unhelpful in presenting printed out receipts at the closer of our stay. We only had breakfast there, and it was questionable both regarding the food but especially the service. My wife and I were overlooked for coffee and had to wait several minutes before I brought it to the attention of the servers that we had not been given any coffee when several had entered after us and were served.
