Family home located in Eymoutiers in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Plateau de Millevaches.

Beautiful house in a magnificent enclosed and wooded park. Breathtaking view of the city of Eymoutiers with all amenities less than 10 minutes walk from the house as well as various activities (municipal swimming pool, fishing pond, playground, football stadium, tennis, Beach tennis, library). There are many hiking trails around Eymoutiers and in the Plateau de Millevaches Regional Nature Park where many streams and rivers originate (the origin of the name Millevaches means a thousand springs).

Sheets and towels are provided and made available on the beds. All bedding is new. At the time of departure, the sheets must be removed from the beds and put in the laundry room,

also at the time of departure, the bins (household waste, packaging and glass) must be emptied into the municipal containers placed near the stadium a 10-minute walk from the house.

You will find an Intermarché 10 minutes away by car at the exit of Eymoutiers. And 25 minutes away is the beautiful lake of Vassivières, with an area of 10 km2, the 7th largest artificial lake in France, where you can swim, sail, windsurf, pedal boat and various activities, not to mention catering.
