Welcome to Eyguières, an authentic Provençal village nestled at the foot of the Alpilles. I offer you to stay in a pretty 30 m² maisonette completely renovated, located in a quiet, private and secure residence with caretaker. All essential shops are within walking distance in less than 5 minutes: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, tobacconist/newsagent, supermarket...

🛏️ Accommodation:
Small air-conditioned villa with covered terrace, enclosed garden, private parking, and access to the residence's facilities: shared swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-September from 9 am to 8 pm), petanque court, ping-pong table.

🏡 Interior design:

First floor: cosy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, Senseo coffee machine), bathroom, toilet, and a small closed bedroom with bunk beds.
Mezzanine: a comfortable double bed (160x200)
Additional comfort: reversible air conditioning on each floor, washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi.
