"Staffs were amazing"

"The Bar area was clean, boy behind the bar was not helpful at all you buy the bottle and they only give you half and fill the rest with ice. Receptionists were all lovely. Property was spotless. I’d recommend this hotel if you like to uber/tram but for us was a bit too far out in a very urban area streets all around covered in graffiti etc."

"Overall, I had a great experience. The room was exactly as advertised, it was clean, and it had working aircon (this was extremely important given that I was staying in Milan during a heatwave). The hotel is located a 10 minute walk to the metro station and from there it is only a 20 minute train into central Milan.
