"Het was iets moeilijker te vinden door dat het in een flatgebouw zat. In deze flat was een verdieping van het hotel. De kamers waren verder schoon. Het nadeel was wel dat de airco maar tot 18 graden kon."

"The hotel was clean and well maintained! But it was super old! They had one key to the room that you had to drop off at the concierge everytime you left the hotel. Their breakfast wasn’t good compared to other hotels I stayed in Italy. Their vegetable and fruits were stale and when I asked for fresh ones they said they were out.."

Some wonderful restaurants nearby. The hotel staff could not have been more gracious and helpful, from check-in, assistance with reservations, and service - housekeeping and breakfast (delicious, especially the breakfast cakes). "The air conditioning in the room doesn’t work. The hotel knew about it and they responded by bringing us fans that were very loud and noisy. It was hot and we needed to sleep with the windows open, but there was no mesh so we struggled with a lot of mosquitos at night. Couldn’t sleep well. You have to get the clean towels from the ground floor yourself, but when we needed them the cabinet was empty and they were not restocked until late the next day. "Struttura molto comoda e pulita. Personale della reception molto cortese e gentile. Ho usufruito anche del garage, servizio molto utile, soprattutto a Milano. Camera pulita e funzionale, peccato fosse vicina a dove facevano la colazione e quindi già dalla mattina presto i rumori erano fastidiosi, tanto da svegliarci."

"The hotel was far and away better than I expected.... from the beautiful wood paneling to the walls with cloth wall covering in our room (not wall paper but looks like it) and staff that always made us, English speaking customers, feel heard and special. It is in China town but was safe and nice we walked at 7am thru 11 pm and felt good."
