Authentic country house with an enclosed garden. Inside, the charm of the exposed beams and the fireplace create a warm atmosphere. Enjoy the 1,000m² of wooded, green, and peaceful grounds. Enjoy the country baker's bread baked in a wood-fired oven 300 meters away.
As for walks, easily accessible paths are marked, and a discreet area is set aside for strolling along the river.
You are in the Coëvrons region, a region renowned for its small, characterful towns, rolling landscapes, and local producers.
To visit: the Evron Basilica, the small medieval town of Sainte-Suzanne, "Most Beautiful Village in France" (13 km), the Gallo-Roman town of Jublains (14 km), Saulges with its Prehistory Museum and caves (20 km), or have fun at the Gué de Selle leisure center (9 km): swimming and recreation for all. Shops, services, and train station are located in Evron (4 km).
The owners, Laura and Arthur, promise a warm welcome and will be happy to advise you on how to discover the best of the area. Detached house with enclosed garden - LEVEL 0 - Equipped kitchen (11 m²) (fridge with freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee maker and Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, blender) - Living room (26 m²) with open fireplace (1/3 of a cubic meter of wood provided free of charge), television, coffee table, sofa, and armchairs - Bedroom 1 (11 m²) with a 140x190 cm bed, wardrobe, and mirror - Bedroom 2 (6 m²) with a 90x190 cm bed - Bathroom (4 m²) with bathtub, sink, heated towel rail, washing machine, and dryer - Separate toilet. LEVEL 1 - Accessed via a narrow staircase - Bedroom 3, 10m², with two single beds (90x200), storage, desk, chair, and fan - Shower room accessible via 3 steps, 6.7m² with sink, shower, hairdryer, and toilet.
