"I've enjoyed this hotel multiple times and it's consistently good - helpful staff, quiet space with respectful guests (mostly business). I also like all the little extras - plenty of space to spread out in the main area to eat and catch up on work; late night dining & snacks; motion censored lighting; fridge, microwave, optional bathtub & couches with extra blankets. "ask for 2 queen beds and a rollaway for 5 people .didn't have a rollaway. didn't leave enough towels. made one queen bed and left the other one unmade. didn't have hot breakfast the day we checked out. the cook didn't show up. we had to buy another room for $200. for our 2 grandsons because there was no rollaway."

"Hotel was above average, but the hotel staff was not as helpful. Many times the desk was unmanned. The breakfast had the bare minimum and we constantly had to ask for coffee to be refilled. The pool was closed, so we could not use it. The hotel was quiet and our stay was fine. We would stay here again for a night, but only very short term, since there are better options for the same price range."

"Breakfast was mediocre selection. Coffee was lukewarm. No coffee in the room at all. Staff not at all helpful. I asked for a receipt and was given a receipt for someone entirely different. I asked again in the morning, and the girl was more concerned about description of the girl that gave me the wrong receipt, and then proceeded to tell me she was unable to provide me a receipt. I would not stay again."

"It is very spacious place with special details in the decorations relating to the Indian heritage. Beautiful wood floors in some places. Lots of great places to eat and food was delicious. The breakfast restaurant seemed understaffed the morning we were there but they did their best. My only real complaint was there were no sheers at the window in our room and even with the drapes pulled we were awakened by blinding sunlight. And the windows looked towards other rooms so we could not even open...

"Had a horrible experience and would not stay at this hotel again. The loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. Our air conditioning unit sounded like a plane, ran rough the whole stay, and the room fridge ran all night. The shower didn’t have a curtain liner, the curtain was like a bed sheet and was ripped in several areas and leaked water out of the shower. The bed was lumpy and even, overall horrible hotel experience."

"Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing. On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice."

"We had a room for 8 days here. The hotel smelled like cleaning supplies. Our room had an overwhelming smell of either tiki masala or some sort of curry, bed was uncomfortable. Besides all of that. The staff was great."

"Definitely will be going back. Staff was kind and room and premises clean. The only reason I gave a 4 was due to a person who said they were checking in by the front desk. This person had a pitbull off its leash and then got extremely agitated with me when i asked him if he could put the dog on a leash. So while I felt safe for most of the time there, the last few minutes could have gone bad very quickly. I kept myself calm and quickly gave the employee my pass key to the room and left....

"If you like the constant smell of weed, this is your place! I inquired and they just said they are not sure which room it is coming from, yet.. Rooms are smoke free 'today', not in the past. Seems there is fair amount permanent State provided residents, Halfway housing and\or other. Breakfast is so/so processed slop. No eggs, no meat, but not worthless.
