"The room was in an excellent location. It suited my needs and was an excellent value. For 1 person its great . Can't see it happening for more than 1.Communication was challenging, but once i was able to speak with someone things went smoothly. They were very accommodating and easy to deal with. It would have been easier for me personally had i been able to communicate via email, but it worked out."

"The location can't be beat, and Joseph (the manager) was extremely responsive. We started out in the Blu Suite, which was very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, it was difficult to sleep due to the loud music blaring just outside until 2 am, the light from the street beaming in brightly, and the construction that began at 6 am. We expected (and had been warned) that there would be street noise, but this was beyond what we could comfortably handle. Fortunately, Joseph was able to move us...

"This place ruined our stay. No elevator so impossible to get the luggage up. It was also advertised as family friendly and it absolutely was not at all! You can hear a pin drop outside and it was impossible for our kids to sleep. This property ruined our trip. If you're coming with kids, avoid this property at all costs. Only thing I can say is that the location was great."
