"Das Personal war freundlich. Die Rezeption war bei der Anreise zum Check-in lange unbesetzt. Der Reinigungsservice im Hotel wurde an einem Tag nicht durchgeführt. Er wurde offenbar vergessen. Die Roof Top Bar ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Trotz der kleinen Kritikpunkte würden wir dieses Hotel gerne wieder besuchen. "

"Zimmer war sauber und gut Ausgestattet. Das Personal hat einen sehr freundlich empfangen und gut Beraten. Frühstück war reichhaltig für die Sternekategorie. Bahnhaltestelle Bäcker direkt am Hotel. Aldie im Gebäude. Parken in in unmittelbarer Nähe möglich. Es ist aber auch ein Parkhaus vorhanden."

"The rooms were clean upon arrival, just keep in mind that they do not clean the rooms every day. I arrived on a Thursday night and our rooms didn't get cleaned until Sunday, but when I requested it at the front desk, they cleaned the next day and additional supplies can be requested at any time. The breakfast was good, basic but enough to get the day started. They do replenish often and they have a 24/7 coffee and tea bar which is a plus. We do not speak German but most of the staff there...

"Für ein Budget Hotel zu Messezeiten, absolut empfehlenswert. Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Saubere Zimmer, einfach, aber alles gut gepflegt und fuktional. schöne Lobby und freundliches Personal. Morgens gab es an der Lobby Kaffee und Crossaints, dass war für uns völlig ausreichend, da wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten um den morgendlichen Buffet-Stress zu vermeiden. Gute Anbindung mit Tram und Bus, direkt ca. 200 m entfernte Haltestellen."
