"Stefon was great at check-in. He was friendly and efficient and very helpful. We had an issue with our sink. We stopped by the front desk to notify and it was taken care of by the time we got back. We only had to ask once which was very nice. If I ever go back to Eureka Springs I will definitely stay here again "

The WIFI only seemed to work in the front by the office. They were helpful and apologized for the service not working and that they had called the internet provider. Was not a big deal for us but something to consider. "
