Gorgeous 5bd/3bath Eugene home with Hot tub!! 5 minute walk to University!!

  • This is a newly remodeled and Modern, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house! Each bedroom has a queen bed, The mid floor and upstairs bathroom are both tub and showers and the downstairs features a shower, all bathrooms have toilets and vanities with sinks! The home includes two living spaces, each features a flat screen TV with cable, sofas and plush chairs for comfort. A stone countertop kitchen which has; two refrigerators, a glass stove, instant hot water, a dishwasher and Keurig with 10 complimentary coffee pods and an oven. The backyard features a large private deck and a spacious patio with fire pit and BBQ for cookouts and lounging; as well as a hot tub! Wifi is available throughout the house. Downstairs includes a washer and dryer and have complimentary washing machine pods. The Dining room table can seat 10! 2 car private parking is available at no additional charge. An air conditioner and heater is provided through forced air giving you a perfect environment no matter the season. No smoking is allowed on the premises.

Great Location and house!

We had a large group of family and friends stay here for the high school state meet. It is conveniently located close to Hayward Field and in the heart of Eugene. The bedrooms are comfortable and there are couches and space for more sleeping arrangements. Thanks for the great stay!

Base Camp for tired athletes

It was clean and had a great kitchen that had amazing pots and pans and plenty of dishware! We loved the hot tub and the additional spaces for our group to relax.

Great spot near Hayward Field!

Great, clean house in an awesome neighborhood right next to campus. We had a great time, and the house was just as described. Bedrooms are clean bathrooms are clean kitchen was clean, and the location was fantastic!

Great location

We have stayed this property for the last two years with our club volleyball team on tournament weekends. Its a perfect space to prepare meals and can sleep the whole team comfortably. The owner of the property is very prompt with any questions we had about check in. Thank you for another great stay!

Wonderful Stay with Family

This house was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We shopped in Eugene and then enjoyed the home. There was more than enough space for all 8 of us. The house is so charming and the host is extremely responsive, we had a lovely stay.

I'd highly recommend this house - everything was as described and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was very well stocked and we really appreciated all of the special touches including the towels for each guest folded on the beds and the water bottles in the rooms. We had 10 family members staying in this beautiful home for our daughter’s graduation! There was plenty of space for everyone and we really enjoyed the back deck! The neighborhood is beautiful and we were able to walk to campus and local restaurants!

Location and Comfort

This home feels like home! We had family come in from out of state and we all met up in Eugene! From spending time out front throwing the football around to nights by the fire, it was perfect! Maxwell was readily available and quick to respond to all questions.

Our group (prospective U of O students and parents) had a very positive experience staying in this house. Easy walk to campus, several restaurants, and a coffee shop. Other locations were a short drive away.

When booking the property, I was happy to find a large property to house myself and fellow sorority moms. The check in process was fantastic, and was allowed to check in early to u July kk , which was appreciated.

Softball Stay

Our family spent the weekend to take part in the Cooper the Dog Softball Tournament in Junction City. Perfect location to get to the games and back to enjoy and relax in all the amenities the home had to offer. Everything was perfect, neat, comfortable and spotless.

Let’s Do this Again!!!!!

We had 10 of us over to this Gorgeous House. We all live in Springfield but wanted a house that we could stay a couple nights in over Christmas instead of just a few hours here and there, and still be close enough to take quick trips home to feed the pets! This place was perfect for us. We highly recommend staying here!!!!

Wonderful house

The house was very charming, nicely furnished and in a great neighborhood. The brand new hot tub was a bonus. We had moms and daughters staying together and it worked perfectly. Maxwell was very attentive and a wonderful host.

Max is an outstanding host! He was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and was extremely clean. In addition, the kitchen is very well stocked. If you are visiting in the hot weather, please know that the basement gets very cold when the air conditioner is on.

Great stay for a group!

The house is spacious, comfortable, and an excellent location to Hayward. The kitchen and dining space is comfortable for a group for cooking and eating in. The hot tub was out of commission when we were there, but we were given notice of this issues and appropriately refunded.
