The duplex was well stocked. I don't think that there was anything I needed that wasn't provided. Armond responded quickly. There were no steps, all one level, 2 nice bedrooms. Close to many things to do in the area.

Great little place on the edge of the university campus. Perfect for a quick trip - we had four adults staying there and the space was perfect. Easy check-in, no problems, communicative host. Would stay here again.

The instructions for arriving and entering the apartment were concise. All needs were met promptly. The location was perfect and close to food, entertainment, and the university. The management took care of our every need. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice little cottage. Wonderful little neighborhood with a 10 minute walk to Hayward field. Food is a 5 minute walk to pizza, bakery, Italian food and some wonderful ice cream.

Can't be the location

If your primary reason for visiting Eugene is to attend an event at Hayward field....this is the place for you! Although you can hear the renters on the other side of the duplex, you still can't beat the location. The rental was clean, well kept, and provided coffee. Would definitely rent again!

Oregon Softball Weekend

We were in town for the Jane Sanders Classic, a softball tournament hosted by the University of Oregon. This home was a quick 10-minute walk to The Jane (the softball stadium). It was the perfect spot for our softball-filled weekend. Parking was available on the street in front of the house, which was great. And, the location is so close to some of Eugene's gems on 19th Avenue, including Beppe and Gianni's, Prince Puckler's Ice Cream, Hello Neighbor pizza and more.

What an adorable space! Clean and comfortable and well appointed. We had almost everything we needed for the short stay we were there. And so close to campus. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! It was clean and comfortable. The unit was well-stocked, uncluttered, and organized. It has an unbeatable location- close to campus and restaurants. The host was helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay here again on future visits to UO.
