We really enjoyed our stay at the Shangri- La, wonderful staff, all very helpful and service was prompt. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, really clean, everything you need at your fingertips. The suite was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was good having housekeeping on day 3 and the laundry facilities were really good. The only downside was a slight lack of certain kitchen equipment e.g no bread knife or small saucepan. We had an amazing stay!
