"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

Wir haben mit unserer Familie (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder) eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Nisa verbracht und ein tolles Familienfest gefeiert. "Wir haben über Ostern ein paar schöne Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist top – super ruhig, mitten im Grünen, mit Wanderwegen direkt vor der Tür. Genau das Richtige zum Abschalten. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, es war alles da, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und freundlich. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft."
